Client Update: CarolinaEast Breaks Ground

Congratulations to longtime client CarolinaEast Health System! This leading healthcare provider for the people of Coastal Carolina recently broke ground on a new tower to renovate and expand services in New Bern, North Carolina.

The new tower will house administrative offices and a clinical laboratory.

The final project will have 30,000 square feet of new construction and over 70,000 feet of renovations. That frees up space for renovations in the Women and Children’s Services Department.

We here at The Sumner Group are glad to serve such a fine institution that’s dedicated to the health and wellness of a great community. Find out more about what CarolinaEast is up to here.

New Work: Schiele Museum

We’re proud to announce that work is complete on The Schiele Museum’s website.

The museum was founded in 1961 by Rudolph “Bud” Schiele as the Gaston County Museum of Natural History. Since then, The Schiele Museum has worked to bring together professional educators, curators, administrative staff and facilities staff to provide a quality venue for learning and making memories in the heart of Gaston County, NC. Through their efforts, they seek to inspire wonder and appreciation for science and the natural world.

Headed by John Endres, Director of The Sumner Group’s Internet Services division TechMoth, the site was completed with the help of The Schiele’s Philip McGinnis and Robert Crisp.
